Prepare for a new perspective, if everything is done right.

If there is one thing Game of Thrones fandom has already learned not only from the series finale but from the whole of the show, it is that there is nothing certain.

One day you may love the character and be excited to see their future, and the other day mourn their death.

One day you may believe in dragons' superiority and see them as the creatures of absolute power, and the other you'll be proven wrong.

One day you may still hope for the adequate ending for the story so dear to your heart and the other… well, it's safe to say no one has forgotten the mess of a finale the series had.

Although House of The Dragon was supposed to be a less surprising show, as there is already a finished original source, a book from Geoge R. R. Martin that was taken as the base for the adaptation, it still has its own twists and turns.

Some of them come from the writers trying to inflict some changes on the characters, and others are conditioned by the plot itself.

There is one surprise that you may need to prepare yourself for, no matter what team you gravitate towards. You are very likely to find yourself extremely disappointed in the poor choices characters make.

No matter how major the changes that writers make are going to be in season 2, the whole point of the story will be set to show both, Rhaenyra, a rightful Queen according to Team Black, and Aegon II, a rightful King according to Team Green, as incompetent rulers, driven by ambition and bloodthirst.

Whether or not the showrunners will stay true to the books and show all sides of the complicated characters, we will have to wait and see.

Although season 2 of the show is already in production today, there is no official release date, so stick around and keep your eyes peeled for more House of The Dragon news and updates!
