Big Bang Theory Star Just Had Her RHoNJ Moment, And It's The Cutest Table Flip Ever
The new Night Court judge could easily join the MCU, according to fans.
Melissa Rauch is definitely having a great time on the set of the Night Court revival. That much is clear if you check out a behind-the-scenes moment that the Big Bang Theory star shared on her Instagram account.
In the video, Rauch is running toward a table with a full-throated scream. The new Manhattan Criminal Court night judge doesn't stop screaming as she dramatically flips the table over.
According to the caption, this hilarious video served as a teaser for the recent episode of Night Court:
"Find out how my Jersey dreams of table flipping came true behind the scenes on a brand new Night Court".
By "Jersey dreams of table flipping," the actress is clearly referring to the memorable moment from the reality TV series The Real Housewives of New Jersey (RHONJ) when Teresa Giudice flipped a fully loaded dinner table in a fit of rage in the Season 1 finale.
Interestingly, Season 13 of RHONJ premiered the same day Rauch posted her short clip. She must be a real fan.
As for the NBC show, the combination of nostalgic vibes and the star's huge following ensured the popularity of her new project. To the delight of fans old and new, Night Court was recently renewed for a second season.
In the comments under the hilarious Instagram post, Night Court fans thanked Melissa, who also serves as the show's executive producer, for bringing back one of the beloved sitcoms of their youth and giving it the love and appreciation it deserved.
The new crew and cast definitely had some big shoes to fill. It couldn't have been easy to live up to Harry Anderson and the gang. But they managed to make the revival its own thing while still embodying the heart and soul of the original.
Melissa's fans noted that the famously short actress looked very cute in her fictional rage.
"I'll be part of this craze cuz I feel like it's my destiny. That was absolutely adorable, the only thing that would make it better would be if she used Bernadette's voice for the scream," one of the commenters wrote.
Other commenters praised Melissa's almost superheroic fighting spirit.
"Marvel better watch out. I think they found a new She-Hulk, " a fan commented.
