Big Bang Theory: Sheldon's 14 Worst Mortal Enemies, Ranked by How Petty He Was
Sheldon Cooper has his own mortal enemies list, and anyone can end up on there if they aren't too careful.
Let's see who had the worst luck to be put on Sheldon's list, based on how petty Sheldon was in his decision-making process.
14. Quality Control Person at the Verbatim Corporation
We lack the details, but whatever happened there was enough for Sheldon to consider this person his enemy back in 1989 (as we found out in season 5).
13. Penny
Before Sheldon and Penny became besties, Penny was once on his list. When Sheldon wanted to let Amy in on the secret (who his mortal enemies were), Penny tried to talk him out of it, prompting Sheldon to remind her that she was an enemy herself not that long ago and to warn her that she might still find her way back there.
12. Leslie Winkle
Sheldon and Leslie's rivalry is evident from the beginning. Sheldon and Leslie had opposing scientific views, then Leslie started dating Leonard, and she later beat Sheldon at the physics bowl.
Although she remained on Sheldon's enemies list, the two seemed to reconcile (more or less) in the later seasons.
11. Billy Sparks
Sheldon considers Billy his childhood bully, even though we have yet to see it in Young Sheldon . He was added to the list for decorating Sheldon's bike with dog poop, shoving a coin up his nose, and scaring him with a chicken.
In the prequel series, Billy is far from the aggressive bully adult Sheldon insisted he was, but his name is on the list regardless.
10. Brent Spiner
Sheldon got an invite from Will Wheaton to a party that Brent Spiner would be going to as well. Will gave Sheldon a brand-new collectible of his Star Trek character, and Sheldon was over the moon.
That is, until Brent decided to open the collectible (meaning that it was no longer in mint condition), earning a spot on Sheldon's enemies list.
9. Georgie Cooper
Sheldon's brother made the list for relieving himself in Sheldon's shampoo bottle and "passing wind" on his head, which is why Sheldon wasn't all that thrilled to make up with Georgie or invite him to his and Amy's wedding.
Well, family is family.
8. Ronald Hodges
NASA scientist Ronald Hodges once came to Sheldon's class to give a speech on space stuff.
Sheldon suggested that rockets could land on the surface, which is now doable, but back then the notion was so preposterous that the professor simply dismissed the young genius, ending up on his enemies list.
7. Karl Eberland
At one point, Sheldon had to get a tetanus shot, but unfortunately, he didn't like the doctor who gave it to him. Dr. Karl was too "clumsy" for Sheldon's taste, and Sheldon repaid him by adding him to the list.
6. Will Wheaton (Twice)
This Hollywood star was on Sheldon's enemies list twice. The first time, Wheaton didn't attend the convention that Sheldon had to endure a very long bus ride to (and go to the bathroom right there).
Sheldon took Will off the list since they had befriended each other, but then added him on again when the actor landed the role of the new Professor Proton. Eventually, Sheldon watched the show and loved it, so Will is currently in the clear.
5. Joel Schumacher
This world-renowned director created many of our beloved movies… and was added to Sheldon's list for his work on two of the Batman films. Sheldon felt that Joel "nearly destroyed" the franchise.
4. Tam Nguyen
Sheldon had no one but Tam as his friend when he was a schoolboy. When Sheldon graduated from East Texas Tech and moved to California to attend Caltech, Tam stayed behind.
Because of that, Sheldon thought that Tam had betrayed him and added his name to the list (which is weird since they hadn't been in touch long before Sheldon's move).
In TBBT's season 12, Tam paid Sheldon a visit and made things right, and his name was removed from the list.
3. Jim Henson
Jim Henson may be responsible for creating The Muppets, but it's not enough to impress Sheldon – but it is enough to terrify him.
Henson ended up on Sheldon's enemies list for bringing Big Bird, a character that haunted Sheldon in his sleep, to our lives and TV screens.
2. The Cafeteria Ladies
Sheldon is a perfectionist with a few strange habits, and he cares about what is in his food. He wanted to know what was in the chili, but the cafeteria employees refused to disclose that information, making his list.
Sheldon took them off it when they gave him the answer to this burning question.
1. Matilda Sparks
Billy's chicken got a spot on Sheldon's list as well. Billy supposedly used Matilda to terrify Sheldon, and that's why his list became animal-inclusive.
We wonder who else is on that list…
