Rhea Seehorn was awesome in Better Call Saul, but that scene was something special.

Better Call Saul fans feel relieved as both Bob Odenkirk (Saul Goodman) and Rhea Seehorn (Kim Wexler) have scored nominations for 2023 Emmys.

Rhea Seehorn is up against some stiff competition for the Supporting Actress in a Drama Series category at the Emmys. She's nominated alongside Jennifer Coolidge, Sabrina Impacciatore, Elizabeth Debicki, Meghann Fahy, Aubrey Plaza, J. Smith-Cameron, and Simona Tabasco.

But fans of Better Call Saul are convinced that Seehorn's performance in a particular scene from the sixth season's 12th episode, Waterworks, is more than enough to secure her the win.

In this episode, Kim visits Albuquerque and meets with Howard Hamlin's widow, Cheryl, and hands over an affidavit that reveals the truth about Howard's murder and the subsequent cover-up. Despite her attempts to comfort Cheryl, Kim is met with accusations and blame for the destruction of Howard's reputation.

The scene that truly showcased Seehorn's acting skills is the one that follows her meeting with Cheryl. As she heads back to Florida, Kim's stoic facade crumbles, and she breaks down in tears on an airport shuttle bus.

Fans on Reddit have been vocal about their support for Seehorn. Many fans agreed that her breakdown on the bus alone should secure her the Emmy win. Yet another fan mentioned that the scene where Lalo walks into Kim and Jimmy's apartment is enough to earn both Seehorn and Bob Odenkirk an Emmy.

Better Call Saul has also received other nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series, Lead Actor in a Drama Series for Bob Odenkirk, Outstanding Picture Editing For A Drama Series, Outstanding Sound Mixing For A Comedy Or Drama Series, and Outstanding Writing For A Drama Series for two episodes.

Despite numerous nominations throughout its run, Better Call Saul, unlike its predecessor, Breaking Bad, never won any of them. Now that the show is concluded, maybe it's the right time to change it?

Whether or not Rhea Seehorn takes home the Emmy, it's clear that her performance in Better Call Saul has left a lasting impression on fans. Her portrayal of Kim Wexler's was nothing short of fascinating, and fans just can’t forget the unique chemistry she had with Bob Odenkirk.
