Better Call Saul Meta Easter Eggs You Had No Clue About
Surprisingly, you can literally call Saul.
There are numerous sneaky Easter eggs left for us in Better Call Saul. Most of them are little shoutouts to Breaking Bad, but some of them take it to a whole new level.
Today we are talking about meta Easter eggs in Better Call Saul.
Walter's website
To make it easier for you to understand what kind of Easter eggs are those, we will remember one such instance from the original show.
In Breaking Bad, Walter Jr., in order to help his family, created a website that tells the story about Walter and his disease.
The creators of the show actually made this website in real life. You can check it out yourself at www.savewalterwhite.com. It's still up and running, even after all these years.
Saul Goodman's phone number
In season 3, Jimmy tries to get into the advertising business. In his Saul Goodman Productions commercial, he gives the phone number 505-842-5662.
Guess what? That phone number works, believe it or not. If you give it a ring, you'll hear a recorded message from none other than Saul himself, asking you to leave a message.
Jimmy's address
In one of the episodes of Better Call Saul, you can see Jimmy's driver license. The address on his license is 160 Juan Tabo NE.
Here's where it gets interesting: if you google that address, you will get a Nail Salon in Albuquerque. That is just an insane attention to details.
Saul Goodman's website
You can actually visit Saul Goodman's website. Previously, it was bettercallsaul.com, but now it's bettercallsaul.amc.com and it's just hilarious.
Interestingly enough, you can find some unique footage on his website. For example, testimonial videos by Badger and Wendy, who are singing the praises of Saul Goodman and talking about what an awesome lawyer he is.
Gene's phone number
Another working phone number was found in season 6 of BCS. In the 10th episode, Gene is out there hanging flyers to find his "lost dog". Fans with super sharp eyes noticed a cell phone number on those flyers — 402-342-9288.
You can actually call it, and you will hear Gene's voicemail.
