The first trailer of Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes is already here and we can't help but enter our The Hunger Games era again.

The new story takes place 64 years before Katniss' Hunger Games and shows us young Coriolanus Snow before he entered his villain era.

This time, Snow is chosen to be a mentor in the 10th Hunger Games and is assigned to the District 12 tribute, Lucy Gray Baird.

The new dystopian movie adaptation is something that the fans have been demanding for years after this era suddenly stopped.

Our prayers have been heard and it surpasses our expectations in every way.

Although we have only seen a little part of the upcoming film, true fans have already noticed some crucial moments and Twitter can't handle it anymore.

First of all, Lucy is literally Katniss but 64 years ago. We mean, have you seen this condescending bow? And the fact that they both have a passion for singing.

And Snow seems to always have a love for white roses, doesn't he?

Important little things as a tribute to the Hunger Games books were also spotted in the new trailer.

A lot of fans assumed that the lake where Lucy swims in with her friends is the lake of District 12 — the one where Katniss' father taught her how to swim.

Also, have you noticed that being a Hunger Games host is a profession that goes from generation to generation?

Lucretius "Lucky" Flickerman, The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes host, is literally an older relative of Caesar Flickerman, the OG Hunger Games host. You can see it in their mustaches.

There are also other nods to the original movies and the future of the Games. Donald Sutherland's voice as the future President Snow can be heard in the trailer.

The whistle that Katniss and Rue use to communicate in the arena is also used in the trailer's music.

The movie itself is directed by Francis Lawrence, who directed the OG Hunger Games, so the upcoming movie is literally a combination of something that we already know and the perfect new, and we are here for it.

The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes will hit theaters on November 17, 2023.
