AI Blends Marvel and DC Together, And We Need an Iron Bat Movie Right Now
The world has already seen the fusion of Marvel and DC universes back in the day in comics.
But this time, we treat ourselves to some AI magic that brings us something entirely else and special. Thanks to Midjourney, the iconic characters of Marvel and DC collided, and the result is purely magnificent.
Over the course of its histories, Marvel and DC have already collaborated in crossovers, although only in the comic book form. This creative idea, however fascinating it is, is very difficult to bring to life.
This being the case, an AI offers an easy way out for everything we as fans craved for: blending the two legendary superhero worlds together.
A YouTube channel AI Showcase has recently uploaded a video that shows the result of that collision, and honestly? We're all in for it.
The video, titled "What if Marvel and DC universes collide?", shows a total of 16 hybrids. Their depiction, bearing traits from both Marvel and DC characters, has amazed already almost 900 thousand viewers.
The hybrids that AI created are a work of bizarre art. We get to see Captain America fused with Aquaman, Deadpool with Joker, Wolverine with Deathstroke, Thanos with King Shark, Hulk with Flash, and more.
Two that truly stand out are Iron Bat (Iron Man-Batman hybrid) and Dark Loki ( Darkseid-Loki).
Hybrids' looks vary from pretty normal, as is the case with blended female characters, to outright nightmarish, because Thanos/King Shark will make you lose sleep.
And do we really need to say we would be totally in an Iron Bat movie? Truly a fusion made in heaven. Imagine how much of dark and angsty potential such a crossover holds...
On that note, we will leave you one on one with the reality that has no cinematic crossover between Marvel and DC... yet.
