Dennis Quaid really went all in with his mix of accents for The Big Easy, trying to sound Cajun, but he didn't quite pull it off.

DiCaprio's Irish accent in this movie isn't exactly on point, but Diaz clearly struggled the most. It's painfully obvious that she's an American trying to pull off an Irish person.
Dick VanDyke — Mary Poppins
Dick Van Dyke's character is all British except for the accent. It's well-known that Van Dyke struggled with nailing the accent, and despite the film becoming a legendary hit, his vocal performance has gained a notorious reputation.
He later put the blame on his vocal coach for ruining his chances of sounding authentic.
