Gilmore Girls doesn’t have a lot of plot holes or inaccuracies, but there are some small things fans do find irritating about the show.

Here are six Gilmore Girls inconsistencies that have rubbed viewers the wrong way (according to Reddit).

6. Rory Can Slow Down Time

Rory always seems to have so much free time on her hands in the morning before school that it is actually ridiculous. In reality, people barely have enough time to have breakfast and catch a bus, but Rory is apparently a time witch, like Piper Halliwell from Charmed. Infuriating!

5. It’s Always Sunny in Stars Hollow

Stars Hollow should be located further south, considering how many sunny days there are in a year. Whenever Rory is getting ready for school, be it 6 a.m. or 9 a.m (and whatever the season), the sun is always shining like it’s midday in the summer. We want to have that weather, too!

4. Rory’s Reading Speed Is Off the Charts

Rory is an AP student at Chilton and then at Yale, and yet she manages to have quite a bit of social life and read tons of books every day (and that’s not taking into account all the reading she has to do for class). Can she give us reading lessons or something?

3. The Math Is Not Mathing with 1,000 Daisies

Remember the scene where Kirk is fixated on the fact that there are 1,000 daisies in the room for Lorelai, despite the fact that Lorelai and all the viewers can easily see that there are in fact many more flowers present? This is a sore point to all the math nerds, and we support them!

2. Lane Has Magic Hair, Apparently

At one point, Rory dyes Lane’s hair purple (which is the most horrible wig in reality) and then dyes it back to black all in one sitting. Lane’s hair should’ve fallen out right then and there from the amount of bleach and dye, to be honest.

1. The Gilmores’ Clothes Are Revolutionary

It’s the only explanation as to why Rory and Lorelai never wear anything thicker or warmer than a peacoat in Connecticut even when it’s winter. How on Earth are they not freezing all the time? Something doesn’t add up.
