Sometimes it’s way better to stick to your usual formula.

There is nothing worse than an episode of your favorite TV show that turns out to be cringy. In the end, these kinds of episodes usually end up being skipped during re-watches and relentlessly mocked by fans on the Internet. Whether it is bad writing, stiff acting, or just a feeling that something is out of place, almost every show has an episode like this.

What's even worse is when producers hire other celebrities to appear in these episodes and leave a lasting impression as the worst cameo of the show. It ends up being embarrassing for both the show and the guest.

Here are 5 TV episodes that could do much better without a random celebrity thrown into the mix:

Quentin Tarantino – All-American Girl

It's no secret that Tarantino made quite a few appearances on television in the 90's, and while some of them were very good, like him guest directing an ER episode, others – not so much. It's heartbreaking to say, but Tarantino's acting skills aren't at the level needed to pull off a sitcom. This episode of All-American Girl proves it.

Justin Bieber – CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

Justin Bieber, especially at the beginning of his blossoming career, was the last person you would think of casting as a serial killer. However, CSI seemed to be trying to get viewers away from the shock factor. The attempts failed miserably, as Justin lacked the intimidating presence of a killer and the acting skills to be at least a little convincing.

Donald Trump – The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

There's no need to explain why this cameo is especially painful to watch today, but even back in the 90s, it just wasn't good. His two-minute appearance was filled with stiff lines and an overall awkward presence, as if the businessman didn't know how to act in front of a camera at all.

Kim and Khloe Kardashian – 90210

The scene with the Kardashian sisters was completely pointless. The only thing it showed viewers was that The CW had just enough of a budget to get them on the show. In their defense, 90210 was never perfect with their cameos. Even Snoop Dogg's appearance felt forced and unnecessary at the time.

Pete Wentz – One Tree Hill

It was only fitting that one of the members of the wildly popular rock band Fall Out Boy would appear on a wildly popular teen drama. And it would be pretty awesome if their cameo ended with a scripted performance, but Wentz stayed on to be an on-screen date to one of the main characters, Peyton. Let's just say his acting wasn't up to his co-star's standards.
