1. Jerry's Robe
In Season 3 Episode 10, when Jerry was on the verge of divorcing Beth, he decided to move out. In his bachelor pad, you can see him wearing a red robe with a Chinese symbol on the back.
While Jerry was trying to play a cool, independent single guy, his robe was literally mocking him by calling him "weak" in Chinese. What a coincidence.

2. Seat Belt System
Whenever Rick and Morty drive through the dimensions together, Morty always plays an obedient passenger, while Rick is never bothered by the vehicle's safety device.
In the seventh episode of season 3, The Ricklantis Mixup, one of the versions shows us a rough Morty working side by side with recruit Rick.
In this one scene, they are sitting in the police car, but this time Rick is the one who fastens his seat belt, and Morty ignores it.

In the seventh episode of Season 1, Rick and Summer visit the planet Gazorpazorp — the planet where the female species dominates male ones.
In this one scene, you can see a female ruler sitting on the throne, which is set on the stairs with the words engraved. The words say "sis semper calumniam," which basically means "you're always wrong."

5. The Origin Of Parasites
The Total Rickall episode introduces viewers to the alien parasites that implant false memories into characters' minds. After the parasite dies, you can see pink bulges on its body.
At the beginning of the episode, Rick can be seen throwing green rocks with pink bulges into the trash. Though he tried to blame Summer, it turns out he was one responsible for the parasite invasion.
