If ever reported to HR, he would make them cry.

If there is one character you would never want to meet in real life, it would have to be the heart and soul of The Office, Michael Scott. While it was extremely entertaining to watch him make the lives of his employees at Dunder Mifflin a living hell, it would be infuriating to talk to him for even five minutes in real life.

He was ignorant, he was blatantly rude, and he did so many downright evil things that it's hard to remember them all.

Here are 5 examples of how Michael Scott was a true menace to society during his time on The Office.

Hitting Meredith With His Car

This is not only a sign of a terrible and irresponsible driver, but also an actual crime. Luckily for Meredith, at least one good thing came out of it, as she found out about her rabies, but that doesn't even come close to the damage. The moment was hilarious on screen, but wouldn't be half as funny in real life.

Dumping Pam’s Mom On Her Birthday

Dating your employee's mother is enough of a transgression to be looked down upon. However, dumping said woman right in the restaurant with her daughter and another one of your employees is just jerk behavior of the highest order. This romance was awful from start to finish.

Date Mike

Speaking of jerks, Date Mike may have been the worst character to ever appear on The Office. Instead of being the best version of himself, as most people strive to be on dates, Michael was the very worst. Outright rude and inappropriate, he failed in every way, and deservedly so.

Ruining Phyllis & Bob's Wedding

Michael wouldn't be himself if he didn't try to be the center of attention everywhere he went. However, doing so at the wedding was the worst idea ever. If anyone deserved a moment of peace and happiness, it was Phyllis, but Michael Scott would never allow any of his employees to escape the horrors of his presence.

Outing Oscar To The Office (+ Harassing Him)

There is no more unprofessional and horrible moment than when Michael kisses Oscar in exchange for his forgiveness. Not only was it inappropriate, it was downright predatory, and in real life, this behavior could land him in court. In The Office, however, the horrible incident was swept under the rug.
