Michael Scott has nothing on her.

When discussing The Office, it is common to both praise and bash Michael Scott, who has to be both the funniest and the worst manager ever. You may never want to have someone like him around in real life, but at least he was an extremely entertaining character to watch.

Angela, on the other hand, was more often than not a true menace to society who could drive anyone to their breaking point. Here are the 5 moments from The Office that prove there was only one true antagonist on the show.

Hiring a Hitman For Oscar

Let's get the elephant in the room out of the way first. This was the worst thing that not only Angela, but anyone on the show has done, and it should have gotten her some real jail time. She was completely out of line, and if there was a universe where The Office was remade into a soap opera, this alone would have made her a supervillain.

Cheating on Andy

Angela didn't have to accept Andy's proposal when she was so clearly in love with Dwight. But once she did, he should have been off the limits for her completely. At least, that’s what any decent human being would’ve thought. Instead, she just played the poor guy while getting along with Dwight as if nothing was bothering her.

Tongue-Bathing Her Cats

If there's one thing we all know from years of movies and TV shows, it's that all the bad guys are usually cat people. However, you have to be a whole other level of sick and twisted to actually bathe your cat with your own tongue, for whatever reason. So this may not be the worst thing Angela has done morally, but it is definitely very creepy.

Shaming Pam While Doing Worse Things

Calling someone ‘the office mattress’ is rude and inappropriate under any circumstances, but it's even worse coming from Angela. The woman who cheated on her fiancé with her co-worker has no business commenting on anyone's relationships, in or out of the workplace.

Not Telling Dwight About His Son

The worst thing you can do to your partner is lie about the paternity of your child. Caught up in her own emotions and burning with love for Dwight, Angela decided it was smart to lie to him about their son. She single-handedly took away two years of paternal happiness and their bond for the most selfish reasons.
