The Bollywood movie industry is known for its amazing love stories, colorful costumes, beautiful songs, and of course, bizarre fight scenes. Almost all Indian movies also have some sort of super villain who tries hard to make everyone's life miserable only to be defeated in the end.

To help him, his father hires a courtesan named Chand to pretend to be his wife. 2. Lal Patthar (1971)

At the center of the story is a raja who all his life has stayed away from alcohol, women and everything else. But one day he meets Saudamani, a young woman played by the one and only Hema Malini, falls in love with her and takes her to his palace. He renames her Madhuri and tries to change her into something else, but still never marries her.

Many years later, history repeats itself when he meets another young woman, Sumita, and takes her home. But he marries her in an instance. However, while at home, he makes it clear that the new wife knows Madhuri's word means everything. Soon Sumita will discover that her childhood sweetheart is in town and meet him, and her jealous husband will try to kill them both, thinking they are lovers. But will he succeed?

4. Talaash (2012)

A complex thriller with a brilliant performance by Aamir Khan as the main protagonist Inspector Shekhawat is a must watch for the fans of mystery crime dramas. As the story unfolds, we manage to meet Inspector’s own dark and guilty side, as well as realizing how hard his job is.

He had to focus on a murder case investigation, but his mind was with his dead son. He meets a suspicious sex worker named Rosie in the streets and they become close, but little did the Inspector know that soon he was going to find a devastating truth…

5. Ugly (2013)

Those who watched the movie to the end say it was a harrowing experience. Apparently, the name says it all about all the characters in the movie.
