Who are the MCU Skrull imposters?

The first episode of the long-awaited Secret Invasion is finally out on Disney Plus. The Skrulls have managed to infiltrate the society, and they're up to no good, of course.

Now we're left to wonder and speculate which characters from the previous MCU project might actually be Skrulls. Let’s try and guess.

Tyler Hayward

In WandaVision, Tyler Hayward raises some serious doubts for his questionable actions and suspicious behavior. It’s entirely possible that he could be a Skrull operative, who was trying to manipulate Wanda for unknown reasons.

The idea of a high-ranking government official being a secret Skrull suits the Secret Invasion plot.

Sharon Carter

Although she proved her loyalty to Steve Rogers in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, some fans have speculated that she might have been replaced by a Skrull at some point.

It might be a good explanation for her shady actions in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.

James Rhodes

Well, it doesn't mean that Rhodey, aka War Machine, was a Skrull all along. However, the one we saw in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier and now in Secret Invasion has a high chance of ending up being a Skrull.

Agent P. Cleary

Agent P. Cleary is an agent of the Department of Damage Control. He appeared in Spider-Man: No Way Home and Ms. Marvel.

Even though Arian Moayed, who portrayed Cleary, isn’t confirmed to return in Secret Invasion, there is an interesting hint in the trailer. Just for a second, you can spot a Just for a second, you can spot a box with the label "Damage Control" that contains what appears to be Cull Obsidian's arm (from Avengers: Infinity War ).

Agent P. Cleary might have something to do with it.

Jimmy Woo

At first glance, this one is the most unlikely Skrull. The FBI agent, who appeared in two Ant-Man movies and WandaVision, seems like a wholesome guy. But it might be the point, maybe he is a kind of Skrull who ended up liking his new role too much and getting too in-character.
