This list is a true daily dose of sunshine you deserve.

There are many great K-dramas out there, but some of them can stay with the viewer longer than expected. While there's a chance that a story with a happy ending will be so good that it'll stick in the viewer's mind, it's far more likely that a heartbreak will be remembered forever.

As good as one of Netflix 's recent releases, Daily Dose of Sunshine was, it was also hard to watch because of its premise. And when you're watching something like that, it's only fair to switch to a show that's a lot more fun to cleanse your palate.

Here are 5 options that will not leave you disappointed.

1. Strong Woman Do Bong Soon (2017)

While the romantic side of the plot is quite obvious and doesn't surprise anyone with any twists, the comedic part of the show is what makes it fun to watch. The childish CEO Ahn Min-hyuk and Do Bong Soon, a supernaturally strong young woman he hires as his bodyguard, make a hilarious duo that will make you forget all your troubles.

2. Hello, Me! (2021)

A light-hearted and funny show with a very relatable premise: a tired and unhappy 37-year-old woman, Ban Ha-ni, meets herself, but two decades younger. The show will be especially nice and motivating for anyone going through any kind of personal crisis to remember that it's never too late to start over.

3. Mad for Each Other (2021)

If you feel like you are going crazy because of everything that surrounds you in the outside world, it might be easier to relax by watching someone who is struggling more. Both Noh Hwi-oh and Lee Min-kyung are neighbors who share the same psychiatrist and find each other unbearable. As you can imagine, this is a perfect field for a love story filled with the craziest jokes.

4. Welcome to Waikiki (2018)

There is not a single episode of this drama that you will find boring. It is filled with fun, friendly banter, a very relatable struggle for some easy money, and a lot of great jokes with perfect delivery. This is a sitcom that is perfect for watching to clear your mind and forget about the worries of everyday life.

5. Vincenzo (2021)

This is a genre that is not typical of your usual K-dramas, which makes it all the more enjoyable. The plot of this dark comedy revolves around a South Korean-born mafia lawyer who spent his life in Italy but was forced to return home. It's evil, it's dark, and it's unapologetically funny to watch.
