After his time as Harry Potter came to an end, Daniel appeared in a number of interesting movies that unfortunately didn't get much attention.

Ever since Daniel Radcliffe portrayed the Boy Who Lived in the Harry Potter movies, the actor has been trying to break the "one role" stereotype that has influenced his entire career.

Though the results of his efforts have been... mixed, as Harry remains the character he is still best known for, there are plenty of pretty good films starring Daniel that have unfortunately flown under the radar.

So here are five lesser-known Daniel Radcliffe movies you might want to check out.

Jungle (2017)

This biographical drama follows Israeli adventurer Yossi Ghinsberg on his trip to Bolivia, which turns into an intense fight for survival in the middle of the Amazon rainforest.

The film received average reviews, but everyone praised Radcliffe's performance as the lead character and it eventually found its own share of fans.

Horns (2013)

Another movie that didn't really get a warm reception, but according to fans it's just as good as the book it's based on. The plot revolves around Ignatius Perrish, who is suspected of raping and murdering his girlfriend.

A pair of horns suddenly appears on Ig's head, giving him the power to make people tell him their darkest secrets and desires, which he uses to solve the mystery behind the murder.

Imperium (2016)

A far cry from his Harry Potter role, Daniel portrays an undercover cop who infiltrates a neo-Nazi group to uncover a terrorist plot.

With fairly positive reviews, this movie is definitely worth checking out if you're a fan of Radcliffe's performance.

Escape from Pretoria (2020)

Based on real events, this movie tells the story of three political prisoners who escape from captivity in South Africa in 1979. With great suspense and a gripping plot, it would be time well spent.

The Woman in Black (2012)

It may not be the most mind-blowing movie of all time, but The Woman in Black is still a decent horror movie with some great scares. Set in 1889, it follows a young London lawyer, Arthur Kipps, who arrives at Eel Marsh House, where he encounters something sinister lurking in the house.
