Vecna's Family
One theory suggests that Vecna might be Will's father but not Eleven's as it was also speculated before. Because it's too predictable for Eleven. They also theorize that Virginia Creel, Vecna’s mother, was actually a German war bride with a Nazi scientist great uncle, who gave birth to the "gifted" child Vecna.
While it sounds really crazy, it would be a great way to tie in with some historical events and how they influenced the occurrences in Hawkins.
Dart’s return
D'Artagnan was a creature from the Upside Down, and Dustin Henderson had it as a pet for a while.
Some fans are rooting for the return of Dart, suggesting Dart might come back as a full-grown Demogorgon wreaking havoc in Hawkins. But upon seeing Dustin, Dart might remember their bond and resist Vecna's control.
Time-Twisting Eleven
Some fans believe Eleven might break time itself, causing everything to revert to a time before she met the gang. But instead of being a lab experiment, she'd be a regular kid, meeting the gang at school. It would be a fresh start with new adventures or a simple depiction of alternate outcomes.

Kali's Return
In the second season of Stranger Things, we met Kali Prasad, also known as Eight.
Many fans predict that Kali might make a comeback, joining forces with El and Will to defeat Vecna. Many are expressing strong belief in its possibility.
Avengers Assemble
Who says every theory needs to make sense? This theory is more on the humorous side: the season could end with Samuel L. Jackson making an appearance and inviting Eleven to join the Avengers Initiative to team up with the likes of Iron Man and Captain America.
