The entire movie was questionable at best, but these moments made many people wish they never bought the movie ticket.

Let's be honest: Wonder Woman 1984 is not exactly the best thing that happened to Gal Gadot's superheroine on screen. The Patty Jenkins-directed film has been blasted by fans as one of the worst DC films so far.

Let's have a painful look back at the scenes that dug 1984's grave even deeper.

First Flight

It's a big deal, right? For a character as iconic as Wonder Woman, one would expect a stunning flight scene, but instead, fans received whatever this was: a green-screen cringe-worthy soaring.

Some fans argued this scene "broke [them] like no other movie [they've] seen in theaters." Others wondered what was the point of making the scene so weird from the very beginning, when Gadot was running before taking off.

Barbara a.k.a. Cheetah

Okay, we're cheetah-ing a bit here: in fact, it's not just one particular scene but the entire arc of Barbara that made Wonder Woman 1984 so much worse than it could be.

From the moment when Barbara taking off her glasses and immediately becoming a femme fatale to the cringe-worthy CGI execution of Cheetah — all of this was simply painful to watch. Needless to say, 1984 writers never cared to do justice to Cheetah's background and motivation as a character.

That Ending

Finally, the ending for some reason decided to twist the knife in the movie's fatal wound: its creepy move to allow Steve to possess someone else's body without their consent and make it look like everything was fine. How could it possibly be worse? Oh, let's just have Diana and that poor man... meet again and flirt.

Well, at least this time he has a chance to give his consent.
