Some games have a high level of replayability, which means that with every consecutive play, you uncover something new and the game becomes even more enjoyable than on the first run.

This can be said about these movies: they have a high level of rewatchability. In fact, they force you to watch them multiple times: it helps you fully understand them.

One of the most apparent reasons for a high rewatchability in the movie is a careful placement of all the foreshadowing details that lead up to the mind-blowing twist finale (or the seemingly open ending) and that make you giddy when you spot them on your second or third rewatch while you already know how the story concludes and have the context behind it.

The other is a jumbled timeline, and one of the main users of this trick is Christopher Nolan: nearly all of his modern movies that are not connected to some franchises are chronologically insane, and even on your consecutive rewatches you better have a notepad nearby to track the events happening in the story.

This narrative structure is what makes people either love or hate Nolan's works, but it's only one example of high rewatchability.
