Sometimes you see the movie do poorly in theaters and think that it was completely undeserved, maybe there were some third-party reasons for that failure and the movie itself is not at fault.

But there are also times when the movies were actually so bad and never worth your watch, so their financial death feels completely justified.

There are many ways in which a movie can be bad: the script can be weird, the acting can be wrong, the stylistic choices can be way too creative and artistic and not fitting for a production of that budget bracket, the people behind the work can be not very loved.

Some of the movies in this list got a bingo of all that and tanked tremendously at their theatrical release. Others, well, didn't check all the boxes of our unsalvageably bad movie traits list, but where they failed, they failed tremendously.

Some of these works tried to fix the bad plot by recruiting some hot stars known for their good performance, which enlarged the production budget because big names cost big money, and even that didn't save them. Audience can be herded sometimes, but it's not that stupid. Never doubt the moviegoers.
