How about a dose of wholesomeness, a little pick-me-up after a straining week?

If you need something like that, look no further than this list of K-Dramas that would make you feel as giddy and soft as Crash Landing On You did. We warned you.

The good thing about K-Dramas is their runtime: they usually consist of 16 episodes, each one full hour long, not 45 minutes with fifteen reserved for commercial breaks.

On one hand, it makes it harder to binge them in one sitting, because, well, it's quite a lot of time you need to spend on a show. On the other hand, this runtime allows the drama to offer you more exposition, better immerse you into the lore, and help you make stronger connections to the characters.

Which, in hindsight, can be a bad thing, as parting with them after the series is finished feels much harder. Then again, sometimes we need that prolonged escape from reality, and trust us: the ones that have a school setting are especially good at providing this type of escapism.

But that's not the only setting for the wholesome shows: adults deserve some happiness and good things in their lives, too.
