Another part was definitely hidden in the premise, and many viewers are still looking for shows with similar vibes.

The Winchesters ( 2022-2023)
If there's one show that would certainly make sense to watch after Supernatural, it's The Winchesters prequel.
Though it didn't last long enough for viewers to fall in love with John and Mary as much as they did with Sam and Dean, it's still a fun watch that gives you a little more backstory on the Winchesters and their demon-fighting generational trauma.
Grimm (2011-2017)
Partly inspired by the Grimm's fairy tales and their creatures, the show is nothing like your average police procedural. Instead of fighting common criminals, homicide detective Nick Burkhardt learns of his true origins and decides to continue his family's legacy by maintaining the balance between humanity and the world of dangerous myths, Wesen.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer ( 1997-2003)
Buffy the Vampire Slayer is a Joss Whedon TV classic that somehow still gets ignored by too many people. Don't let the bad reviews of Season 1 fool you, just skip all the coming-of-age nonsense and dive right into the world of a supernatural drama with some of the trickiest plots around. The X-Files (1993-2018)
In a world where so much remains unexplained and undiscovered, there's always a place for mystery. But when that mystery leads to a crime, there's an immediate need to solve it. Of course, Agents Scully and Mulder aren't your typical demon-fighting heroes, but for all we know, people can be even scarier than any monster you might encounter.
Crazyhead (2016)
If you are enjoying a little bit of realism even in your supernatural shows, Crazyhead is definitely the one for you. It’s easy to relate to two British girls, Amy and Raquel, both feeling out of place in the world around them even prior to finding out their powers.
Let’s just say that the ability to see demons doesn’t come in too handy, causing them both even more trouble.
Death Valley (2011)
Unfortunately, this brilliant mockumentary was not picked up for a second season. However, the one that does exist is a perfect easy watch for anyone who enjoys absurd black comedy and doesn't mind a little gore. The show focuses on a newly formed division of the LAPD that captures various criminal monsters.
Charmed ( 1998-2006)
Chances are, you've encountered Charmed while growing up, as it was all over television at the height of its popularity. But you'd be surprised how well it holds up today. So give the Halliwell sisters a chance to lead you on a magical adventure to explore their supernatural powers and fight those who try to stop them.
Sell Your Haunted House (2021)
For all K-drama lovers and those who might be interested in getting into the genre, this show might be the best choice for you. Meet Hong Ji-ah, a real estate agent who makes a living as an exorcist, ridding properties of all evil spirits and selling them.
Together with con man Oh In-beom, she's out to solve the mystery surrounding her mother's death.
Shadowhunters (2016-2019)
When Clary discovers that there is an entire world of shadows that she never knew existed, it shatters her entire life. But determined to save her mother from those who would hurt her, and surrounded by a group of hot young people in black leather to teach her how to fight, she acts bravely and becomes the hunter she was always meant to be.
Van Helsing (2016-2021)
Loosely based on Zenescope Entertainment's graphic novel series Helsing, the events of the series take place in a near post-apocalyptic future. Vanessa Van Helsing, the titular character, finds within herself the ability to cure the vampires and bring them back to humanity, so she embarks on a mission to help as many as she can.
