Thanks to the prequel, we now have a lot of TBBT storyline mysteries solved.

Young Sheldon 's sixth season gave us a lot of explanations for different uncertain moments in the original series. And one specific plotline perfectly explains Sheldon's last conflict with Leonard in The Big Bang Theory final episode.

So in that episode, the whole gang goes to Sweden, because Sheldon and Amy's hard work on the Super Asymmetry finally paid off and they won the Nobel Prize.

But the day wasn't easy for Sheldon, as it seemed to him like everybody in the group wanted to ruin his moment.

Of course by "ruining" he meant the fact that Bernadette and Howard were worried sick about leaving their children back in Pasadena and wanted to go back.

And that his best friend's wife was pregnant. Sheldon argued with all of them, but it was Leonard who was most offended, because Cooper downplayed it and forced everyone to only focus on him.

Leonard didn't appreciate his best friend's reaction to his own good news and put a big question mark over their friendship.

"It's not that Sheldon wasn't excited, the problem was that he didn't care at all. He didn't even say "congratulations" he just said "I can't get that" and walked away.

After everything Leonard and Penny did for him,he could have at least thought about them for five minutes knowing that this was basically everything Leonard wanted since he first laid eyes on Penny," Reddit user Fantastic-Corner-605 said.

The same reaction Sheldon had to the birth of his niece Constance, George and Mandy's child in season 6 of Young Sheldon. That day, he had something more important to focus on – the launch of his scholarship database.

So it means that throughout his life, Sheldon simply never got excited about baby news, especially when he had his own important things going on at the exact same time.

Okay, now it's just sad, and we were talking about our favorite comedy sitcom…
