Leonard and Penny's love story was the first to appear on screen. Then there was Howard and Bernadette, who found each other and soon got married.

And even Sheldon, the character who least wanted to be in a relationship, found a girlfriend, Amy Farrah Fowler.

It was quite difficult for them to build their relationship, with both of them being socially awkward and all, but they still managed to grow their love enough to commit to each other and get married.

But as it turned out, getting to that wedding part was hard not only for Amy, but also for Mayim Bialik, who played her in the sitcom.

As she revealed on her Youtube channel, Bialik had some serious issues with a pre-wedding scene. It's actually the bridal gown fitting.

The actress felt that the fact that she was divorced in real life could hurt her character on the show. Because people would get all nasty or ask her a lot of unnecessary questions.

As she revealed in the video, she didn't want to try on the traditional wedding dresses and be filmed wearing one. As she recalls, she never liked the way they looked and never wanted to wear one.

And even for her own real wedding, she just bought a random lace dress from a French vintage store as her dress.

Bialik was really nervous about the scene, but it actually turned out not to be that bad. She revealed that she actually liked the way the dresses fit her and made her look.

In her YouTube video, the actress mentioned that she was afraid that people would feel sorry for her if they saw her on screen wearing a wedding dress again when she is actually a divorcee.

But her fans were really supportive of her, so there was nothing to be afraid of.
