The Phelps brothers might have left Hogwarts with a bang, but their on-screen shenanigans continue into everyday life to this day.

Let’s face the harsh truth together, folks: most of us don’t have twin siblings, and worse yet, never will — unless the cloning technology enters the market, that is. We will never experience all the pranks twins can pull on other people and each other, but at least we can have fun learning about them from our loner side of the street.

Weasley Twins Are Still Doing Weasley Things

In the Harry Potter movies, James and Oliver Phelps played Fred and George Weasley, respectively. The Weasley twins were notorious prankers and troublemakers in Hogwarts, and the twin actors have always been just about the same. While the movies ended years ago, Phelps’ own shenanigans didn’t.

James, for instance, finds great pleasure in abusing his and Oliver’s similar looks to force massive hotel debts upon his unsuspecting twin brother when they’re traveling.

“For me, the biggest perk of being a twin is being able to order food and drinks in a hotel and charge it back to my brother’s room. I usually find a place to watch him discover what I’ve done whenever he checks out,” James shared with Travel.

While both Phelps brothers boast over $1M in net worth, it must still be extremely satisfying putting your booze and food on your twin sibling’s tab and not worrying about the consequences. After all, what are they going to do — tell them apart?

Weasley Twins Got Too Little Time in the Movies

While James and Oliver Phelps have successful post-Harry Potter careers, they will forever remain Fred and George Weasley in fans’ eyes, and they don’t seem to mind it. In the iconic movie series, the brothers’ performance was on point, albeit they didn’t have nearly enough screen time for us to truly appreciate their acting.

Alongside many other characters whose plot relevance was dramatically decreased in the Harry Potter movies, the Weasley twins didn’t get to stay under the spotlight for too long. Which is a shame, really, because every time they appeared in a scene, they immediately stole it, cheeky jokesters. But to be honest, the ball preparation sequence alone was enough to forever remember Phelps’ Weasley twins fondly.
