Scarlet Witch Powers That We Haven't Seen In Action Yet
Is there something this woman can't do?
Scarlet Witch, aka Wanda Maximoff, played by the talented Elizabeth Olsen is one of the most powerful and complex characters in the MCU.
Throughout her appearances in the movies and her solo TV show, Scarlet Witch has demonstrated a number of incredible abilities.
However, there are several powers from the comics that we hope to have yet to see in action on the big screen.
Reality Warping
In the comics, Scarlet Witch possesses reality-warping abilities that allow her to manipulate and alter reality itself. She can reshape the fabric of existence, altering elements such as time, space, and even the laws of physics.
By simply saying "no more mutants," she has not only changed the history of mutants, including Wolverine, but she has completely rewritten their history.
If Avengers VS. X-Men ever happened, imagine the mind-blowing action we would get.
Gravity Control
Another power we never got to see. In addition to matter transformation, time rewind, and weather control, Wanda Maximoff can fully manipulate gravity.
Imagine how useful that would be against powerful opponents like Thanos, if you could just send him into space.Though it would also be dangerous for other superheroes.
Necromancy
With the return of Vision and Quicksilver, Wanda has already proven to viewers that she can bring her loved ones back to life.
However, with Vision's digital mind and Evan Peters as the fake Pietro, she has only taken small steps to disavow her necromancy powers.
In the comics, Wanda resurrected Wonder Man, and with her return after Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness events, she could finally prove her vital power by rising from the dead.
Energy Manipulation
Scarlet Witch has the ability to manipulate various forms of energy, including mystical energy and cosmic energy. This power gives her control over destructive energy blasts, shields, and energy constructs.
We've already seen her shoot energy blasts, but that's not even half of the power she has. Also, from what we have seen, the original Wanda can create a variety of weapons and objects with pure magic.
To see her unleash her energy manipulation abilities to the fullest would be a thrilling sight.
Invisibility
This superpower was rarely shown in the comics, but still proved many times how powerful Scarlet Witch is.
Her ability to turn herself, other characters, and objects invisible would be very helpful in the Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame and it is still not clear why she never got a chance to demonstrate this power.
We guess the most powerful Avenger has been just revealed, proving the fact that Wanda can't just be simply killed off by the MCU.
She will definitely come back and show us what she is really capable of.
