The upcoming Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves movie has been the talk of much more than one town for quite some time now.

This cinematic adaptation of the famous RPG has people waiting for it with both enthusiasm and skepticism.

On one hand, everyone wants to see a great and fun D&D movie. On the other hand, people are afraid their expectations will get shattered as often happens with overly hyped projects.

But we'll cross that bridge when it comes to it; for now, all we have to judge from are small clips from the movie. Or rather they were all we had before: just today, Paramount Pictures revealed the movie's new trailer!

What do we learn from the trailer? Of course, the main characters are a party of adventurers; sure enough, they're "facing the greatest evil the world has ever known"; and, as expected, they're outmatched and everything's trying to kill them.

In other words, the movie shows us the most classic situation you can find yourself in while playing D&D.

Judging from the trailer, the movie has a fair share of humor, too: without it, no D&D party is complete. Ongoing gags and funny situations are just as important as the adventures, if not more so.

We can definitely understand the approach Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves takes. It cinematically shows how the events of a D&D game unfold while staying true to its RPG core.

We'll get plenty of jokes, randomized action success, epic battles, and fun characters. Basically, a high-budget Dungeons & Dragons game session, which is exactly what everyone was hoping for.

By now, there are not too many reactions to the trailer; however, the people who already left their comments, are most hyped for the movie.

Since the trailer looks promising, they hope that the movie will actually live up to the expectations and we'll all have a lot of fun on March, 31, when it hits theaters.

Until then, you can watch the trailer for yourselves and see if you agree with the other D&D fans.
