Can we hope for a season 4 cameo as well?

One of the most annoying things about Bridgerton so far is the show's inability to keep the cast members in check to appear in more than just their season. Of course, considering how long it takes to produce a season of a Regency fairy tale, the actors are expected to move on with their respective careers, but some cameos will be highly appreciated by viewers.

The third season of Bridgerton, which followed the love story of Colin and Penelope, did not even mention the stars of the first season, Simon and Daphne, played by Regé-Jean Page and Phoebe Dynevor. Unfortunately, it looks like things will stay the same for season 4. But that doesn't mean we won't see more of the show's biggest heartthrob.

Regé-Jean Page After Bridgerton

Speaking to Vanity Fair about his reasons for taking a leave of absence from the acclaimed Netflix show, the actor got right to the point. And while viewers may still be disappointed by the decision, Regé-Jean Page's refreshing honesty on the matter is much appreciated by his fans.

“It's much simpler than that. I signed up to do a job and I did the job and then I did some other jobs. That's it. That's the story. I wish it was more glamorous than that,” the actor explained.

After leaving Bridgerton, Page starred in The Gray Man and Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves before landing a spot in the cast of Black Bag. While we cannot promise any seductive spoon action from Regé-Jean Page in his new role in Black Bag, the movie is set to be one of the most exciting spy action movies of the coming year.

When Will Black Bag Premiere?

For now, there aren't many details known about the movie, other than the strong cast led by Cate Blanchett and Michael Fassbender, and the fact that it's set to premiere on March 14, 2025. So if you're interested in seeing the actor explore other opportunities outside of Netflix, be sure to get your tickets when the time comes.

Until the wait for Black Bag is over, you can always go back to Regé-Jean Page's breakout role and revisit the steamy Duke of Hastings in Bridgerton Season 1 on Netflix.
