American Horror Story Could Have Margot Robbie, But Has Kim Kardashian Instead
Margot failed an audition while Kim got the part in the show. Yes, it sounds made up, but it actually isn't.
Margot Robbie is now rightly considered one of the most famous and highest-paid Hollywood stars, but this was not always the case.
The actress has been denied participation in many high-profile projects. Recently, it was revealed that Margot auditioned for the second season of Ryan Murphy's horror anthology American Horror Story in 2012, which focused on the psychiatric hospital.
The audition was conducted by casting director Eric Dawson. He noted that at the time, the actress was only appearing in the not-so-popular ABC series Pan Am, which was cancelled after its first season.
Robbie's breakthrough role came around that time – Margot appeared in Martin Scorsese 's The Wolf of Wall Street with Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill in 2013.
During the Actor’s Podcast Eric Dawson recalled Robbie’s audition:
“It was crazy, her star appeal when she walked in the room. Even though she didn't get that role, that was one of those things as a casting director where you go: This is a star, what do we do with her?”
Eric did not reveal which role Margot auditioned for. However, fans believe that she could have gotten the part of Grace Bertrand, who was eventually played by Lizzie Brochere.
Soon, on September 20th, the 12th season of American Horror Story will be released. The new season is based on Danielle Valentine's book Delicate Condition.
It tells the story of a woman named Anna Alcott, a successful actress who wants to start a family. After several fruitless attempts to conceive, Anna begins to believe that someone or something is preventing her from having a child.

After an IVF attempt Anna suffers a miscarriage. Over time, she begins to believe that something is growing inside her, some kind of evil force that makes it impossible to have a child.
Emma Roberts has returned to the show and will play the lead role of Anna. Kim Kardashian will also play one of the main characters. Not much is known about her heroine other than her name is Siobhan and that the character was written specifically for Kim.
Many fans of the show expressed their dissatisfaction with the casting. Some even threatened to boycott the entire season because of Kim Kardashian.
