What would The Office characters look like if it got a reboot by Wes Anderson?

The Office is a beloved sitcom that captured the hearts of millions across the globe with its unique blend of humor, relatable characters, and mockumentary-style storytelling.

But what if The Office was created or rebooted by someone else? Let's say Wes Anderson, known for such movies as The Grand Budapest Hotel, The French Dispatch, Moonrise Kingdom.

Oh man, his unique style and The Office characters is a mix that's easy to imagine. Actually, you don't have to imagine — AI did this for us again.

A YouTube channel Artificially Amusing shared their trailer for The Office: A Shorty Story, reimagining the iconic series if it was a movie directed by Wes Anderson.

Every aspect of Wes Anderson's style is present — colorful locations, the narration and the actors, known to work with him before.

And all of that was made using AI. The images were generated with Midjourney AI, the voiceover and head animations were included with D-ID.

The video features almost all of the beloved characters from The Office.

Steve Carell remains in his role of Michael Scott. However, given this is Wes Anderson's version, Michael wears a very fancy pink jacket, a yellow shirt with green stripes and a colorful tie.

It seems like it's only Carell's privilege to stay in Wes Anderson's The Office as other characters are now portrayed by new actors, mostly those who worked with Anderson at some point.

Jason Schwartzman is now starring as Jim Halpert, Scarlet Johansson as Pam Beesley, Nick Offerman as Dwight, Tilda Swinton as Angela, Forest Whittaker as Stanley, Jeff Goldblum as Kevin Malone, Adrian Brody as Ryan, and Owen Wilson as Toby, who is one-eyed for some reason.

Well, if such a reboot was really to be made by Wes Anderson, it would be crazy, to say the least.

The characters in The Office would likely be given even more exaggerated traits and quirks, making them more offbeat and peculiar, while their costumes and mannerisms would be meticulously chosen to reflect their individuality.
